Honesty becomes specific through the details retained
An owner could express the first word by preserving the author, date, uncertainty and current status of an update. Those details help a reader judge the information instead of relying on a broad declaration of trustworthiness. A handover note might openly say that a file has not been reviewed, while a digest might identify a claim as the source’s account. The identity should make room for those distinctions. Clear limitations can be part of a useful message rather than something removed to make the communication sound more complete.

Relay describes a transition rather than a finished result
The second word directs attention to what happens between people. Sending a document does not by itself show that the recipient understood it, accepted the task or completed the next step. A product or resource using this name could make those states explicit in ordinary language. That would give the identity a practical point of difference without suggesting an automated guarantee. For an editorial publication, the transition is between source and reader; for a handover resource, it is between one contributor’s work and another’s continuation.

Use presentation to show ownership and sequence
A design study could place the author and update date near the content rather than hiding them in a footer. A handover page could give the next action its own clearly labelled area, with unanswered questions nearby. Arrows and connecting lines should represent an actual relationship, not merely decorate the idea of movement. Compare a sample layout containing an unresolved issue as well as a completed item. These are possible presentation directions for a future owner, not an approved interface, operating service or certification of reliable delivery.
